The accordion was my first instrument to take up serious classes of. I feel sorry that it is an instrument that is used in classical music a lot while not so much in jazz despite having its historical role in it. And that is why I keep trying a bit to revive the swing accordion. There not many Czech musicians who do it even though there is a certain tradition here – we used to be quite good at it back then.
